Recipe:

Sooji 1 kg

Ghee 1 kg

Sugar 2 kg

Pani 4 kg ya litter

Meda 1 teaspoon

Pista badam as u like 

Long 8

Green cardamom 6

Yellow food colour optional

Method:

Aik bartan me 4 kg pani colour aur  half long aur Green cardamom dal k boil karain jesey hi boiling start ho to sugar dal dain sugar dissolve hojay  to sheera ready hey ab sheera ki aag  bilkul halki kardain ta k sheera garam rahay dusaray bartan me 1 kg ghee garam karain ab baki long aur green cardamom dal k saute karain ab sooji aur meda dal k slow heat per bhoontay jain jab sooji ka colour light golden ho Kaye  to sheera dal dain sath sath spoon chalatay jain chand minutes me thickness ana shuru hojaay GI jesey hi thick hojay to aag band kardain  aur dish me nikal k pista badam say garnish karain meney egg bhi use kia hey

Meda isliay dala Ku k is say halwa soft hota hey jat pat soji ka halwa  ready
